Figure 1 shows the use of the proposed saw for trimming trees; in fig. 2 - rear part of the saw handle; paig, 3 - guide plate (parts of one of the side plates are removed); in fig. 4 - the same, from the side (parts of the saw chain are removed); FIG. 5 shows a driven device for pi: you; in fig. 6 and 7 shows a method for connecting an internal engine C1 to an hydraulic pump and an oil cooler; in fig. 8 is a device for absorbing vibration by means of rubber, which is used for suspending a drive device in a shaft, a section about
The small guide plate 1 can be actuated at high speeds, has a small front radius and is installed at one end of the handle 2, C} abrasive throttle trigger device 3, which can move along. handles. In the latter, two pipelines 4 and 5 are run to add hydraulic oil to the hydraulic motor installed on the control plate. The pipes 4 and 5 are connected to the drive device 6, 3 which is mounted on the support arm of a 7 l micron 85 mounted on the operator. Due to Toroj, that the drive unit 6 is suspended only at one point, it can be turned to different positions J so that it does not prevent the operator from working.
In order to cut both the high and low branches, the throttle trigger 3 can be moved along the handle 2. The rear end of the handle has a slot (Fig. 2). 3Ti.i allows you to move the handle back when trimming low-lying branches, without the need for additional long wires, while trimming high-spaced branches can use the full length of the handle.

And, 1p; 111l plate (Figs. 3 and 4) (. Contains intermediate p. Pasteine 9, enclosed by two side sections 10 and 11, with the side plates protruding above the intermediate plate with the formation of an air groove equal to the chain 12. Last leads- :: to the village by means of hydraulic gauge 13 through sprocket 14. A front pulley or po. 15, having two flanges and a groove d is also used. p direction of saw chain 12. Such a roller has an important advantage over an asterisk, consisting in the fact that it does not remove the material to form cavities between the teeth. The front roller is mounted in bearings 16 by means of rollers 17 around a fixed axis 7, and is mounted on the side plate. In the area of the front roller 15, the side plates are molded to place it.
In order to drive the chain at high speeds in order to reduce the moment of force and, consequently, the risk of breakage, the bearings 16 must be lubricated abundantly. This is accomplished by supplying oil to the pipe 5 through the tube 18, which is made in the guide plate, the channel being partially formed by a groove 19 in the intermediate plate 9. At the end of the groove 19 in the front part of the intermediate plate there is a hole 20 through which the oil supplied to both sides of roller 15. For the further supply of oil to the bearings 16, curved channels formed by grooves in the bottom plates 10 and 11 B are provided as a result of the curvature of the groove 21, a suction action 5 occurs which ensures t continuous oil supply to bearings. However, small drainage holes are made in the outer plates, so that the oil supply to the bearings can. regulate. Plates 10 and 11 are mutually identical and provided with identical grooves 21. However, when the plates are assembled, the grooves are rotated in different directions in order to achieve effective lubrication of the bearings 16 regardless of how the guide plate is rotated during assembly. If necessary, an intermediate plate 9 can be made
Yen separate grooves 22, so that lubricating oil can also flow directly to the chain 12 of the saw. Effective cleaning of the groove in the roller 15 is achieved by the fact that the intermediate plate 9 protrudes into the said groove, as a result the groove is not clogged.
The drive unit for the saw (Fig. 5), designed for suspending the landing lever 7 liters, mounted on the operator, contains an internal combustion engine 23, common in power saws, connected to a hydraulic pump 24 installed in oil cooler 25. In order to effectively cool down the hydraulic oil | | chvskogo oil and, therefore, reduce the necessary oil to the minimum of returning oil entering the cooler through the pipe 5, it is sprayed through the spray pipe 26 onto the wall of the oil cooler 25, and the indicated wall is equipped with radiator plates absorbing heat. Then, the returning oil flows along the wall and one coolant and flows along the opposite wall to the inlet 27, located on the upper side of the hydraulic pump. Below the mouth of the inlet is a small opening 28, which provides a sufficient amount of oil to lubricate the hydraulic pump 24, even if the oil level is low. However, this number is not enough to drive the saw chain. In this case, the operator receives information that the oil level is low before
there is a danger of damage to the hydraulic pump, chain and guide plate.
The oil cooler has both internal and external radiator plates for absorbing heat, from which the internal radiator plates have a rough surface, while the external radiator plates have a smooth surface and when returning oil is sprayed on the wall of the cooler, the oil is very efficiently cooled. Engine cooling air can also be used to improve air circulation around the cooler. Tests have shown that the volumetric capacity of the cooler of the proposed device, having a production of 43613
The pump capacity is 10–15 l / min, it can be less than 2 l, for example, 1.3–1.5 l. In accordance with the generally accepted practice of making calculations, the volume of oil 5 for continuous hydraulic operation should be 2.5 times the pump capacity. Productivity of 10-15 l / min pumps the volume of oil about 25-35 l. Hot at
10, the saw does not constantly work, the resulting minimum volume is unexpectedly small and creates conditions for the use of the proposed hydraulic saws. An important addition to the effective cooling of the oil is achieved with an axle, which becomes warm during further operation, which has a great advantage when
0 work in the winter.
In order to exclude vibrations, arising from the operation of the internal combustion engine 23, a device (FIGS. 6 and 7) is fitted with a flange 29, which is either connected to the hydraulic pump 24 or bolted to it, and the specified flange WIRES hydraulic
the sleeve 30. On the sleeve 30 is made
the studs 31 intended to mate with the slots 32 in the sleeve 33 rigidly mounted on the internal combustion engine 23 to form a bayonet lock for attaching
internal combustion engine to hydraulic pump. The device contains a locking ring 34. A hydraulic pump 24 has a clutch drum 35 which is connected to the drive shaft of the pump and which is driven by a centrifugal clutch embedded in an internal combustion engine that is a clutch of the type commonly used in motor
saws. Engine 23 is internal to it. The wounds are suspended directly on the hydraulic pump 24 and, as a result of the mutual coupling between the sleeves 30 and 33, are accurately centered with respect to the drive shaft of the hydraulic pump. In turn, the hydraulic pump 24 is suspended on the wall of the oil cooler 25 in such a way that vibration is prevented in
as a result of the presence of rubber gasket 36, which is located between the flange 29 and the specified wall, and the presence of another rubber gasket 37, located between the inner mounting ring 38 on the specified wall, and threaded holes are made in the mounting ring. The flange 29 and the ring 38 are fastened with bolts 39, which, when tightened, compress the rubber gaskets 36 and 37. The bolts 39 pass through the wide holes in the oil cooler wall. Consequently, there is no metal contact between the engine or hydraulic pump and the oil cooler. For the same reason, the hydraulic pipes 4 and 5 are provided with similar rubber bushings 40 and 41 to absorb: vibration.
In order to ensure the suspension of the drive device, the suspension plate 42 is attached to the lm 8, mounted on the operator, and attached to one wall of the oil cooler by means of bolts fitted with cut-off sleeves 43. Consequently, there is also no metal contact between the plate 42 and the chiller . Plate 42 also serves as a heat shield between the internal combustion engine and the oil cooler. The connecting plate 44 is mounted adjacent to the plate 42 in such a way that vibration is eliminated. The plate 44 (fig. 5) is provided with a suspension means 45 for mounting on the carrier arm 7 μm 8, which can be fixed with the-pin 46 A follower device as a whole can be easily attached to and removed from the lanyard with only one hand, which allows the operator.
quickly remove the drive unit if absolutely necessary.
Suspension tool 45 (fig. 8) contains a bearing rod 47 attached to the plate 44 and bearing an upper flange 48 which rests on a rubber pad 49, therefore, metal is prevented from contact between the rod 47 and the sleeve 50 on which the bearing stock 47.
The device for pruning and clearing trees works as follows.
The operator fixes on himself the lambs 8, to which the device is suspended, and turns on the hydraulic motor 13 of the saw chain 12. The latter is moved B by the guide plate 1, consisting of intermediate 9 and side 10 and 1 plates, and fixed on the handle 25 at This includes a portable hydraulic pump 24, powered by a; 1 st engine of internal combustion 23 and supplied with oil cooler 25. The device is ready for operation.
Thus, in a portable device for cutting and clearing trees, an easy guide plate is provided that does not yield recoil during operation, and the plate can be easily and safely maneuvered with a handle in both the vertical and horizontal directions when cutting trees. The drive unit is combined in a compact and lightweight, portable by the operator on the lamke and the saw chain does not create vibrations.
